The opening is smooth and wood-toned, with rosewood lending quiet polish and lignin evoking the unmistakable scent of antique paper. Due to the nature of our products — including personal care, skin care, hair care, and home care items — all sales are final.
For health, hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to items that are unopened, unused, or in original packaging.
Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request at our sole discretion.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier (including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.
We are not liable for:
Damage occurring during transit
Shipping delays
Lost or stolen packages
Packages marked as delivered
If your order arrives damaged, you must retain all packaging materials and file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We will provide reasonable assistance by supplying shipment documentation if requested.

Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
